How do physicians become part of the Rady Children’s Health Network?

Please fill out the Letter of Interest Form and send to our Provider Network Team at [email protected].

Where do providers send a claim?

For electronic claims submissions, the approved claims clearinghouse is Office Ally.

Who do providers call with questions about a claim payment or claim status?

Providers should check our online portal https://eznet.rchsd.org or can contact our Claims Department at (877) 276-4543.

How do providers obtain authorizations from Rady Children’s Health Network?

Providers should request via the online portal https://eznet.rchsd.org. Alternatively, requests can be faxed to (858) 309-7977.

How do providers verify enrollment of a patient?

Eligibility should be verified as close to the appointment date as possible by contacting the health plan directly, either by phone or via the health plan website. RCHN cannot provide eligibility verification.
