- Submit authorizations
- Check authorization status
- View claim status
Registration and Support
To register for an EZ-Net account:
- Download and complete the 📄 EZ-Net User Request form
- Email completed form to [email protected]
- Once access is granted, a notification with instructions will be emailed to the new user
